I was holding a airtel connection with broadband tel no 0422 4272728 in Coimbatore for 3 years when i wanted to surrender since i was shifting to Chennai your company offered to transfer the line to Chennai and i was asked to give a request. The reason for a request was that they would verify the availability of service in that particular area Anna nagar East. After the verification i was assured that the sifting would happen in 3 working days.
Subsequently a installation request No 1178976 was taken on 4th June till date i have not got the connection nor a official communication from your side why it has not happened. Is this the way you treat a customer who has been loyal to your service for many years. I tried talking to your person who comes with a excuse that your l service lines are full only on surrender of some i would be given the service. SO YOU TAKE ME FOR GRANTED, YOUR ATTITUDE IS PATHETIC -- i see some sort of an arrogance in your way of handling customers &-why because you think you are market leaders.
My simple claims is if you are full in service in the area i was shifting why did you assure me of your service that too after verification. I only hope some sort of a reply would come after 10 days.
