Telephone bill never received!

I haven't received the Telephone bill since last 3 months and telephone bills are very important for my reimbursement as well as address proof. When we inquire BSNL they say that come to their customer care center which is very difficult to people like me who work for more than 12 hours at office. There must be some on line service to obtain the bill and pay the same.
