Beware of Matrix @ Bangalore

Mind my subject line. I request you to think many times before going with Matrix service.

I had taken a matrix phone (Account code: 401263) before going to US trip along with my friend. While giving the connection they promised that before reaching to US your phone will be activated. After reaching to US we were struggling to get network. Almost after 8 days we got connection up. During these 8 days we continuously tried to call Matrix support team (Though it was ISD call for us). Finally after long time it got activated.

Now for billing part, I have asked Matrix to send the representative to my office address to collect outstanding bill amount. But no one has come yet and every month they are increasing the bill amount. I am planning to take this case in consumer court and even in Govt of India grievance department.

I am including the part of mail sent to Matrix here:

"

I had a given a cheque for 10000/- earlier which was dishonored by CitiBank. Mr. Kumaravelu (from Matrix) told me that CitiBank clearly conveyed him that my account didn't have sufficient funds. I had spoken to Mr. Kumaravelu immediately after coming back from US (a week back), and requested him to send me the cheque and such communication he received from CitiBank. As that is a 'false statement' by CitiBank, I would like to take that up with CitiBank.

I am still waiting for Mr. Kumaravelu's response on this. As soon as I receive this, I will send the Cheque for the below mentioned amount.

As that 10000/- is for me and Rajiv Ranjan (Account Code: 401263, Amount: 2074), we will be paying together, as soon as we receive the returned cheque and the reason given by CitiBank for returning.

"

So, please think twice before going with Matrix service.
