Harrassed by the dealer and company

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one new Max handset on 05/05 from S.KUMAR mobile point and currently the charger is not functioning and the parts which is displyaed outside the cover, its also missing. When i went for help, from the retailor i was harrassed. So please tell me the appropiate action against this which i can go for getting right sollution.
