Airtel broad band connection

Dear sir

I received one call from airtel care two month ago. They told me sir Our broad band connection in 500 rupees only .so I aggred with them and paid 500 rupees dt 18 nov Cheque number 135326 (Punjab national bank at pritam pura) and provided all documents. But till date they dont install any connection. My cheque already clear .plz help me out.
