I have purchased a maxx mobile (model no. GC735) in the month of October since 1st month i am facing problem with the handset one or the other when i went to service center they kept my mobile for 1 day but problem unresolved. When i tried contacting the other consult person of the company Mr. Raja Salve they are least bothered to reply in prompt & correct manner now my handset is not working at all & they are asking me to drop my headset in the service center for 15-20 days also they are not assuring me that the problem will be resolved.
Please let me know wat should i do.
