Faulty Handset: MAX 475 (Within 5 months > 30 days in dead condition & lying with Service Center)

Due to some technical problem i have shown this mobile to thane service center on 16th july10,

They have reported that it is in dead condition & they have to keep it for servicing at more than a week day.

Again same problem crop up on 12th August, 10. Till today i haven't received it back.

With due respect to Maxx Mobile organization, I am compelled to express my agony in purchasing a handset from Maxx array of products.

On 3rd Sep I have been told by Service center (thane) executive that handset is ready.

On9th Sep I called from Service center regarding handset status, she replied it is not yet get repaired & they are not sure when it will be completed.

I have informed this to customer executive (MAX) who inturn replied to visit service center.

I can not waste my time to visit service center frequently. When i ask about replacement of handset

support desk told that it is not possible & customer have all the rights to go to consumer court

I personally believe I have been deceived by MAX which force me to take further legal action. I have to put forward my grievance to the legal authorities for further advice and action...

I preferred now replacement of the handset. Please do the needful
