No refund process or updates.. Even after 120 days

I had taken advance rental connection from metamax,

I had requestedthem to cancel their pathetic services since may ending..

yet. there was no response.. the mail conversation are as folllow.

Dear sir/mam,

With reference to our telecon, i would like to opt for cancellation of the said service.

Please cancel the services at earliest. for further communication please contact on 0265-2357356 -

office address. 306 Glacier complex, beside pizza inn, jetalpur road, vadodara gujarat

Resi: B 3 sanskar tenament, opp C H vidhyalaya, high tension road, subhanpura, vadodara gujarat
