Snl has charges Rs. 619/- on account of BSNL hangama and when enquired then i came to know that we have taken this connection, whereas neither i taken any of the services them nor any benefit. so follow up of so many months concerned lady clerk agree to follow up my case with bsnl hungama and at last she told me that an amount of 619/ will be adjusted in your next bill. but instead of giving me benefic of the said amount they have rather charged another Rs. 619/- from me. i have deposited the said on 16.03.2011 but to my shock that next day co. has sent another bill of Rs. 2, 542/-. on equiring they said me to first deposit the bill then talk about it. i will have to sit there at least for two hours and when my turn came the lady officer told me that your case is typical so I will attend you last of all. when I protest this by saying this that I have already waited for my turn then she send me to a lady clerk who was not on her seat till 11.30 am. when I enquired about the details of the billl she said that this is clerical mistake and we will adjust it in your later bills. what is there if instead of creding to your account i have debited the amount. she start commenting on this also, then I told her that in banks we can't committ such mistakes, she said i know bankers very well what they do. 1. hardly listening to the customers problems, coming late and while attending to one customer go on attending in between coming customers and taking everything very casually and refused to pay the amount back. when company is charging late fee for delaying the payment of bills, then what benefits is company is going to pay for so many visits to the office, keeping our approx 1731/- rupees with him, irritant attitude of the staff whereas they are coming late, reading newspaper and sitting idel even after coming to the office. i hope you will take care of the things. thanking you in anticipation.
