I submit my micromax mobile for a s/w issue at gurgaon service centre on 18/july,

handset have only s/w issue (java default streming setting), but service centre people say this is hardware issue so need this handset send to repair in hardware centre, till date i have not got any information about my handset, and also no one pick up phone calls,

so i m very surprisied to see this type of service,
