The BSNL Telephone bearing No 01202417531 mostly remained out of order and on request the authorties responsible for its maintenance takes long time for resolving or rectifying the defect and as such it is crystal clear that BSNL authorties are not making appropriate efforts towords their scared coustomer which in my opinion amounts to lethargic attitude as well as deficiency in services. Today i.e. on 23/08, the telephone exchange at NOIDA was requested to lodge a complaint but the telephone operator namely Mr Prem Naresh who attended the complaint at 10:26 hrs. never bothered to issue a proper complaint Number, whereas he assured telephonically that the defect will be removed with in one hour. Again, Sh Naresh was requested at 15:28 hrs when he sent Mr Sukhbir Sing, line man, mobile No 9871230084, to attend the complaint. Mr Sukbir reported at the residence but failed to remove the defect in the phone which is out of order for the last three days. Mr Sukbir singh, was requested telephonically at several times but he never bothered to attend any call from the customer, which does not speak good. Finally I would request telephone authorties at NOIDA to issue suitable and appropriate instructions to its field / Office Staff to attend the request of their customers promptly and sincerely.
