Dear Sir,
We have been paying bill for our Landline connections with Nos. 08418244010 and 08418244100. We have many times informed the authorities about the misfunction of the telephones and whenever they have come over here to repair the phone, it worked for about two days. Then again the connections failed. We need landline numbers for fax purpose.
The people in the office say that as we are residing in ALiabad, it is not possible to rectify the connection due to the lack of cables or signals.
we request you to look into this matter as early as possible.
