Cashback note received

I did a recharge of 1500 Rs but I did not get any cash back. According to the scheme I need to apply coupon code MOBITENDIS or DMTEN. I tried applying them but did not get any success. I have called up customer care regarding this but they haven't provided the solution. I have spoke with them for about more then 45 mins which costed my 65Rs. payment id for Rs 1500 is 13393535372038 . please do the needful
