Bill not received for last month. Continuously requesting the helpline no.. But they reported my complaint for duplicate bill. Then also they did not dispatch me my original bill. Complaint made in 1st week of January reason given to me on 19th January by mr. sachendrakumar mourya was that there is some courier problem we were unable to dispatch the same. They also told me that if i need the original i have to pay to charges for duplicate bill. I am very surprise with their behaviou
