Subsciption without asking and deducting amt

Dear sir,

I have got airtel prepaid connection no is 09950227343 jodhpur. I am from army and posted here. On my prepaid without subsciption they will subscribe bollywood or games and will deduct the rs 10/- for each. For that i have already requested them and spoke to there call center in early oct. That time they stop the service but again from yesterday31 jan evening they have subscribe two service without my permission and deducted Rs20/-.

Its my request to you not to subscribe this kind of service and refund my Rs 20/-.
