Dear Sir /Mdm.

On 31/07 I recharged online from Tatadocomo site. Amount deducted from my account ref." ICONN/51655693/310712/TATA DOCOMO (BILL" but not amount not recharged to my mobile. Then I recharged directly from my Axis bank ref. 'ICONN/51657101/310712/AXIS MOBILE RECHAR' and I got recharged my mobile from Axis bank.

Many many times this is happened and many times I complaint to Tata Docomo but no use. India's top service providers and service is I don't want to mention here. Now I am requesting kindly arrange to refund my amount or add to my mobile.
