I tried to recharge my mobile through the site http://www.freerecharge.in/ but after submitting all the necessary details, a message alert popped up for Failure in the transaction. However, money was deducted twice. Even after complaining 3-4 times and submitting all necessary details, no measurable actions were taken. Everytime they delay by saying that we are working on it. Please help.
