Harassment of senior citizen

Dear sir/Madam,
I was a airtel service user and as per the facility of number portability I switched to vodafone services. I had applied for it in april and got into vodafone services. Since then the harassment has started.
I had provided all the necessary documents needed for number portability services still my out going has been barred 4 times in last 4 weeks.
When I call the customer care they only say that the documents have been rejected and urge me to visit the vodafone gallery everytime.
When I visit the vodafone gallery they give me all different reasons on the issues which are non convincing.
I being a senior citizen and having severe arthritis problems I cannot walk without support, yet they harass me every week by stopping my out going services without any fault of mine.
I urge you respected sir / Madam please look into the matter personally and stop the mental and physical trauma that has been and is caused due to unprofessional and insensitive behavior of vodafone company towards senior citizens such as me.
