Regarding deduction of Rs. 5.00 from balance account

Dear Sir,

I had activated the mobile no.9406326670 against Rs.0.49/min. But it was found that every day Rs.5.00 is being deducted from my account. Hence i deactivated the above plan on 26/07 by sending the message (DEACT 5 TO 53733) on guidance of Customer Care. But deduction of Rs.5.00 is still coninuing. You are requested to look into the matter and settle at the earliest.
