Wrongly deduction of GPRS Charges without option

I am having a prepaid Airtel connection (I am having three active numbers from AIRTEL on my name). But, I had experienced lot of difficulties from the service provider. Previously, I was usuing GPRS special service on my mobile having pack value of Rs.500/- for two months, which was supposed to stop at the end of package period. However, for some time after this period net on mobile phone was stopped and thereafter I did not opt to take this package or any other package regarding GPRS Service, but all of sudden on 28th July at 5.00 P.M. a sum of Rs.250/- was deducted from my balance amount and GPRS was started by them. I immeidately made a call to 121 as to why they started GPRS service on my phone when I did not opt for the same. They told me that we will deactivate this service with immediate effect, but we could refund your money after elapse of 15 days as per our/AIRTEL system. Please suggest what I should do now.
