HEAVY DEDUCTION & ON LINE RECHARGE NOT DONE

My no is 9969373701 14/6 had 13 RS balance which was deducted with out

any call. I had launch a complaint on 15/6 No. is 336887.On 17/6 I had

online recharged of 40 Rs the CustAcid 910010027533948 and PayeeAcid 1000129101163

provided by Axis Bank But it was not recharged Instead the cash was deducted from my

Bank. I again Lodged complaint vide complaint No.338899 date 19/6 through MTNL

help line. I had done several follow-ups with help line and MTNL Office they are tell

it will take time. I have not received my balance nor my recharge back. This not the first

time of heavy deduction but several times its happen with me. Every time not a single reply or

money refund done my MTNL. This the one way government is making money. No one is talking

or treating people properly. There should be some limitation on people. I am fed of MTNL services

of gprs & network.
