MTNL BILLING
UNJUSTIFIED CPE MONTHLY CHARGES

Have commissioned braod band services from MTNL.

I am charged Monthly CPE Service charges RS.50 vide Bill Nos: 1047815020 dtd. 10/09 & Bill No: 1047676465 dtd. 10/08 .

Complained to CAO, MTNL vide mail dated 22 September, 201.

He replies vide mail dated 26 September.

Wish MTNL justifies collection of monthly charges for a fully paid, purchased modem by coordinating with their internal Departments instead of driving customer from pillar to post.
