MTNL BROADBAND & TELEPHONE
PHONE DEAD SINCE 2 WKS

Phone Dead since last 2 weeks. No Broad Band working since then. In spite of complaints logged on line and on 198 and personally to Telephone Exchange sec 3, nothing happened so far.

To my shock reference MTNL AM/GM office nothing can be done as there is a cable fault and when the same will be rectified is not known to them. Person in charge of cable is on leave.

This is really shocking the MTNL with so much fan fare is working like nomads. No responsibilty. Today when so much is depending on NET, they have no clue as to when the same will be rectified.
