Line Disturbance & internet not connected

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using the MTNL No.27618701 from 14th of August and from that day My landline is being disturbed and broadband is not working, against these complaint I have some complaint number which are as under, that has been not resolved yet. so here I am requesting you to kindly get the resolved.
