Re: Complaint against MTNL Delhi for faulty instrument and no Dialing tone

With great regret I am sorry to say that my instrument is faulty and lying dead on every other day. I made several complaints in this connection but of no use. This is the case when I have never been a defaulter in paying the bill since it was installed.(can be checked).

For past Ten days, I am lodging my complaint against this faulty phone on their portal almost every day but to my surprise, when I check the status my complaints, it is removed every time without giving any effect to my complaints and the

message would appear on site : “There is no pending complaint against this phone” what does it mean. My phone is lying dead for past two weeks.

Do I have no other business to be done except making complaint again and again to concerned authorities.

I request you to please look in to the matter and give necessary insturction to redress my grievances at the earliest.
