I had subscribed for airtel mobile T.V and Rs.40 was deducted from my account for that service (which is valid for one week). Today is the third day and I am still unable to view the T.V .I contacted the customer service helpline (125) and the officials at the airtel office but no body is able to help me or refund the money to me.
