I having MTNL Landline connection 27013355 since 16 years my phone instrument became faulty since Sep 09 I made no of compliants to their automated compliant system, got call from MTNL that they will be coming to rectifiy. no one trurned up. I have not paid the bill as I have not abl;e to use the facitly and also send no of mails to GM/ AM of Rohini sector offfice but no one ready to listen,
