Dead landline from past 10 days

Sir,

My MTNL landline is not working (Dead) from past 10 days.

I have log a camplain for the same on 31st Jan (Camplain no :-1129).

There is no one from the mtnl attended the request till now as my internet facility (MTNL broadband) is also effected due to same and i am not able to attend to my customer throug mail from past 10 days.

Please look into the matter as MTNL are no capable of handling there clients

I appreciate if this will be resolved as soon as possible.
