Eg. the service of bsnl customer care

Dear Sir,

my name is kedari from Hingoli dist. I am the owner of bsnl pripaid card no 9422113924 but I am very sorry to tall you that the service of bsnl is very poor i have rechard my card for the facility of 1 paisa per sec. on 01.02.2010 but till now i have not got that facility

I have tired to call to customer care service but no one to get the phone there i am waiting on line for 3 to 5 minit.

So please help me and activate my card for 1 paisa per min the current balance of my card is above 80 Rs.

Needfull is acept.
