My phone number 011-25982049 is not working fine from past 20 days. My telephone line has frequent disturbance due to which I'm not able to access internet. I have called MTNL so many times but they fail to provide a solution and always give me an another number to call and when I call the provided number, they say that this is not the right number to complaint. The customer service is so bad that they say that "what can they do if ur phone is not working fine". A line man has visited our place but still could not rectify the problem. Please advice what shall I do.
