I am using MTNL landline with broadband since more than one year... but I have never received a single bill to my home address, because of that I am cotinuously paying late fee charges. I have logged a complaint but no action has been taken by the MTNL. I have talked to senior manager as well but all was useless.
moreover I not get getting the committed net speed.
I went so many times to exchange, but nobody is there who can listen over there. what they can do better is only smoking in the exchange.
I get pissed off with this... my request is for govt as well if these people can not work just kick them out and give a chance to our qualified unemployed youth.
