Dear Sir,
My name is Vinod Kumar and my broadband no. 29912540. This phone was not woked in the month of Nov. and Dec. beacuse main cable faulty (around 250 phone ar diconnected) They generate the bill regularly every month. and after the two month phone was active but they disconnect the phone due to non payment. I have meet with Sr. Account Office in Sarita Vihar they demand a letter from my side for Waiver of two month bill and also demand for Nov. and Dec. payment for reconnect the line and they are giving the assurance for next two month bill adjustment of payment. They are not giving any adjstment and no any refund of my. Broadband connection.
