AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION OF MMS SERVICE & DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT

I am a prepaid customer of MTNL from last 2 yrs.

My mobile no is 9013324778.

I got one sms from 57777030 regarding activation of MMS Service on 22nd Sep’11 at 18:56 hrs which I have not subscribed and amount Rs 30/- has deducted automatically without my permission

I called MTNL Customer care many times but they are refusing to register our complaint for refund of the amount deducted by them.

Thus I request You all that please make the arrangement to refund the all charges deducted for it.
