I applied for number portability from airtel to MTNL on 15th FEB. 2011 and my connection was cut by airtel on 23rd FEB. 2011 but MTNL didn't provide me connection even till today (11th march). I called their customer care almost everyday but what they give were all fake promises. They went on saying "JUST WAIT FOR 24 MORE HOURS, your number is under processing and so on ". Now they say that even they don't know for how much time I would have to wait now. Please provide some assistance. The officer of MTNL who is dealing me currently is ABHISHEK VERMA (VOICE GROUP COORDINATOR).
