Hi,
My issue is still not resolved and today is the last day for porting id getting expired. I spoke with Mr. Sunil Kumar on Sunday afternoon and he asked me to make a payment of Rs300 (Unbilled amount was Rs286) by Monday. He promised me that he will send NOC to Vodafone by Monday night. I made a payment of Rs300 on Monday but nothing has been done from airtel so far. When I called up airtel on Monday night, executives told me that I still have a balance of Rs.23. This happened when I didn’t use this number from Sunday night to Monday. This is totally ridiculous. I am a old customer of airtel and I have done all payments promptly till now. Today, Tuesday I called up customer care min 8 times (Called from 9900181011) to talk to Mr. Sunil Kumar but no one transferred the call.
This is to inform you all that if porting out is not done by today EOD, then I will not make even single rupee payment against this number and I will disconnect all 5 airtel numbers.
I have also filed a complaint in consumer court for this issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Vijetha D M

Dear Sir/ madam,
This is Vijetha working in Oracle India. I have a serious issue with Airtel services when I applied for mobile number portability. I want to switch from Airtel to Vodafone for my number 9663305154 since our company has contract with Vodafone. I applied for portability long back but still its not done. Every time I call customer care, I get different process and procedures. I am fed up calling customer care for this and I don’t know what to do.
I have cleared my outstanding amount, changed corporate plan, I have submitted documents to Vodafone 20 days back. Vodafone says there is a problem from airtel side. Today one of your executive told me that it will be done in 7 working days. I will wait for exactly 7 working days from tomorrow. I will not bear any more torchure from airtel services and I will disconnect all my airtel numbers including broadband. I will go for some other service provider.
This is totally ridiculous. I look back for positive service.
Thanks and Regards,
Vijetha D M
