I am a user of mtnl dolphin user, mobile no 9969780061. Yesterday, I mistakenly subscribed some wap service from mtnl gprs services and I got a message from 588880030 saying that "Thanks 4 subscribing to Unlimited Pack. Your total cost is Rs. 30/&-quot; and Rs 30/- was deducted from my balance. As told by the Dolphin customer care executive I sent a SMS as "UNSUB Unlimited Pack" to 588880030 but response received is Unknown Keyword and again a balance of Rs. 30/- was deducted. Please refund the second Rs. 30/- which got deducted for the Unsub message as per the instruction of Dolphin Customer care and deactivate this service from my no.
