Bill over charged

Dear Madam / Sir,

I have requested for the Internet connection in November 05 which was unlimited download from 12 midnight - 8am under the scheme DSL_NU_849. However, my plan was changed without notice or intimidation as DSL_TRIB_AA.

I have been receiving monthly bills for approx. between Rs: 1200-Rs:1600. This time for the month of May, for the first time, we received a bill amounting to Rs: 10, 277. Rs: 8768 for internet and the balance Rs: 1509 as telephone bill.

We spoke to a couple people from the MTNL A/c dept and they finally said we need to pay Rs: 3500/- which we agreed but later refused as we needed to pay the whole amount, which we refused. We paid the June / July bills. My Mother is a aged and senior citizen and also a heart patient. She needs the phone in case of emergency.

I have been trying to contact the MTNL as well as written to them. I have taken off from work to visit them personally.

I would like my telephone / internet to be reinstated ASAP.

I hope I can get justice for their mistakes.
