No landline set up on time

Hi,

My self Mahesh Dhanavade.

I have register for mtnl DSL_495_combo plan on 24th July.

They said that you will get connection in eight working days but yet no one is comes from MTNL to set the land line connection.

I have call the chembur exchange but no one is picking up the phone...

Where do i go...

please help me out of these
