I Had sent a mail to MTNL for my bills to be rechecked on 25/05/10 but not a single reply received.

Bill Dated 06/05/10 is exorbitantly high, which shows the download charge of Rs. 3819. I would like to make it very clear that the download charges cannot be so high as I have not used the same. You can check my previous bills where the usage is not above 400MB which is free as per my plan. So there is no possibility that the usage can be so high. There is nobody else who could have used the same as no one accesses my computer. I also work for a telecom company and would like to inform you that such errors can happen at IT level where the user has actually not used but is billed for the same. Request you to kindly recheck the same and reverse the charges. If you'll claim that the charges are correct, then I would like to have the details of the sites visited and details of what has been downloaded, without which I will not accept that the charges are correct.
Please do not send me a standard reply saying you'll cannot do do anything, as I am a very old customer and have never defaulted in the payments. Expecting a quick and favourable reply. A call would be appreciated
