I pay my MTNL Phone bill regularly and before time. Last month the due date for payment was 31/12 and as usual I paid on 25th or so by Axis Bank cheque. Suddenly on 3ed Jan, I got a call that your cheque has bounced. No was was given. I checked with my Banker and was was paid to MTNL. However without further information MTNL disconnected my phone on 4th Jan.
I really got disappointed with the behaviour. I am unaware till date which bill is still unpaid. I feel like permanently disconeecting the services from MTNL. To resolve the issue I will have to visit to MTNL office and explain them, it will lead to cut in my one's Leave/Salary from my office.
Along with phone line the Internet connection also got disconnected, what to do?
