I am having 2 trump pre paid mobiles and have been using trump online recharge facility.
For the last 3 months whenever I try to recharge in the night or morning it stops in Customer Care and I have not been able to. Case in point is my mobile no. 9757053158 for which I am looking for data charge and for 9757074753 for a top up
Why should this trend prevail? Will MTNL authorities wake up and do the needful? They appear to be in deep sleep to market realities.
