Eceipt of winning/misleading message

I received a massage on my mobile from Dr Mike via E_mail: [email protected], that i won Pounds 250, 000 in 2010 GUINNESS- INTEL MOBILE DRAW.

Plz help me how to stop the service provider for allowing such mallice messages on my mobile.
