Cant access number portability feature

Actually i submitted my application to shift on vodafone from trump,

and now this process has 13 days Days passed, and after communicating Vodafone through mail, he sent me reply that that my request for MNP has been rejected from my previous service provider.

and now i am trying to contact mtnl-trump, but there are no one attend my phone.

so now please help me in this way.
