Inspite of registering DONOT DISTURB/THE SMS KEEPS COMING AT ODD HOURS /FED UP/THEY SHOULD START PAING RS.500/-PER MESSAGE AS PER TRAI RULES

PLS NOTE THAT INSPITE OF REGISTERINGMY MOBILE NO 9869660082 in the NDNC directory so that i should not be disturbed wit promotional or marketing messages/they keep coming to me /inspite of complains to the MTNL, mumbai.they have been disowning responsibility/i registered NDNC facility on22/12/09.The messages should stop on 5th february/i have complained 3 times inthe last 21 days.they keep saying i'm supposed to call 1503 and complain. NOW after3 complains they still keep coming at odd hours .i deand acompensation of rs.50, 000/- for wasting my times and mental harassment of picking up the phone to see the messages when it rings.
