My number is 26613393 since last seven days I am facing problem regarding internet service I have been giving complaint to the call center and also on 198 service but my problem have not been solve till yet so today I also call 26601100 and 26602000 and also given complaint regarding the line man that they are not visiting the site and I was been informed that my problem will be solve but it is not done till now.
I am not happy with the service which you are providing as you are taking the charge for full month I do want the re-reimbursement for the period from my net is not working and giving trouble.
So I request you to please take the matter into consideration and do the needful.
