Hi,
MTS deactivated my incoming and outgoing calls on 23rd of November without giving my prior intimation. Then after called up on customer care and raised the complaint they promised me that with in 12 hours I would have received a verification call from there department and after that my services will be reactivated whereas I had already received a verification call from their department. But now it's being more than 30 days, I have not received any call from their side. This is height of my frustration, Also as you know very well that changing number and give away is a very difficult task.
