This is regarding my MTS Tamil Nadu mobile number: 9150353523.
I had given a complaint regarding Network coverage problem for past 8 months…. There is no response from any one.
There is no coverage in my residing place.
I had even send mail to NODAL, APPELLATE spoken to Mr. Martin Thomas also…. There is no response from any one.
There is no action for the complaints,

With respect to this information I had send again to NODAL, APPELLATE mail at the time January.
Mr. Karthick (Senior supervisor) from 9150000902 called me regarding this issue.
He told me that the network person’s will visit my home and check for that and the person also visited and checked the Network.
Mr. Karthick had called again and the new Tower will be Lanunched.
After a week I called to him he said the new Tower Lanunching will take some months and assured me that Some Booster’s in my home.
Then I called him on Feb he told the new Tower will be Lanunched as soon and conforming that on March 1st week.
I called Mr. Karthick he informed me that the Network team is not Processing the Booster’s or new Tower Lanunch.
Mr. Karthick infoemed me he could not able to solve my problem.
Totally I had No proper response from customer care officer`s
