MTS
MNP request not approoved

I opted for switching from MTS to Airtel. In this regard I got the porting code on 9/10 and applied to airtel retailer on 10/10. Till now (18/10) MTS has not deactivated my no with MTS . They called me up thrice and I made it clear that I am no longer willing to take their service. Still they are holding my no and I cant go to Airtel with the same no as long as they choose to do so.
