MNP NOT ACTIVATED

Dear Sir,

We take mnp Relliance to MTS on 28.11.11 by Vidya Communication Govind Puri Kalkaji new Delhi 110019.My Rel No.willbe de activated on 03.12.11. My MNP no.9211875979 could not activated by MTS mobile service Provider. We talk many times to Costomer cares but we did not get any possitive responce from dealer Vidya Communications / Customer cares. So Requesting to you pls.help us in this matter as soon as possible.
