Deduction of Balance

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Mrs Surekha Subba Darjeeling West Bengal having mobile No. 9153173240 MTS user. I have used this number since 2 Yrs. but now my balance is deducted without any information. For this I also complaint to customer care but they did not response me. So, please kindly help me to solve my problem as soon as possible.
